A seminar on result oriented management & leadership

Concept

This 3-day seminar is followed by two implementation sessions.  The course takes a new approach, accentuating effective and result-driven management and leadership.  It addresses the core issues of leadership competence and its impact on staff.

Costs

The training groups consist normally of a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 12 participants.  The fee is subject to actual location and services included.
