We are delighted to have you attend a GMCS seminar.
Kindly fill in the form below. Please, also make sure you
select the course you would like to attend. Thank you. We look forward to have

Please note:
With the completion of this form you
acknowledge that any cancellation less than 30 days prior the course
date, will result in 50% of the course fee being charged. If
cancelled less than 10 days before, the full amount will be retained.
Substitutions are welcome, but please inform us as soon as possible to
have the course material prepared accordingly.
In case that GMCS cancels a course, clients will be
given at least 10 days notice and the option to either get a full refund or
use a seminar at another date.
Confirmation and payment: Upon receipt of the
registration, GMCS will send you the confirmation and invoice with payment
details by e-mail.
