Workshops

For maximum credibility and impact, it is often beneficial to have a workshop facilitated by outside professionals.  This is particularly important, where the parties involved may carry agendas that would negatively influence a productive outcome.

The customer normally provides the topics of the workshops and, where appropriate, the desired outcome.  Prior meetings are held to ensure the greatest possible impact.

Team Alignment

The appropriate alignment of a team is imperative for the sustained success of a company.  The purpose is not to make team members "like" each other, but rather to understand the necessity and benefit of working towards meeting/achieving objectives for the good of the company.

Depending on the requirements of the company and the dynamics of the employee team members involved, we jointly develop the course components that will be most effective in bringing the group together as an efficient work force.

Consulting

While we primarily cater for SMEs, we have the capacity to assist large companies with particular competencies.

The customers provide the task and objectives.  The range goes from general evaluations to provide strategic orientation recommendations.  We also supply business plan outlines, or assist in the completion such plans, that allow smaller companies to establish a guiding document for the way forward.
