Introduction:

Chris Hung is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney.  He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associated member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and a member of the China Tax Society.

During his time at Kingston Group, Chris. Hung participated in a number of financial advisory assignments, including acquisition of listed companies in compliance with takeover code and listing rules, initial public offerings, placing or top-up placing of new shares, placing of convertible bonds, open offer, rights issue and group reorganization etc.  

Prior to joining Kingston Corporate Finance Limited in February 2004, he worked for the corporate finance department of Shenyin Wanguo Group and participated in a number of initial public offerings including H shares. Initially, Chris Hung worked at KPMG and mainly participated in the audit and assurance assignment of initial public offerings of State-owned and privately-owned enterprises in the People’s Republic of China.

His affiliation with GMCS allows him to share his professional experience in the assurance and finance industry, and act as a pacific link between western investors and quality PRC enterprises.
