Introduction:
Following his
commercial studies in Lausanne Switzerland, Alain Reichen embarked on a
multi-facetted career in the aviation industry. That career path resulted in
assignments for Swissair in more than 50 countries. This substantial
multi-cultural exposure, and the necessity to adjust to different market
environments, resulted in his ability to analyze situations quickly and
comprehensively.
As a result of his
broad marketing and financial background gained during these assignments,
Alain was appointed to head the marketing audit section for branch offices
abroad. In this function, he analyzed organizations, their sales performance
and market penetration. His detailed analysis served as base for the
strategic orientation of the sales divisions.
In addition to his
analytical abilities, Alain is fluent in French, German and English.
His education and
areas of expertise include IT, development and set-up of emergency care
teams, TQM for sales organizations and training of frontline staff.
Alain Reichen has a
proven record of achieving significant results. With his pleasant
non-intrusive communication style, seminar attendees and workshop
participants readily accept him. He is currently an independent consultant
